How do I know the 6 Week Pain-Free Pilates Programme is right for me?
Answer: If you want to get pain-free, fit, toned and develop a strong body then YES, this is for you.

I'm terrible at committing to something, should I sign-up?
Answer: Yes! I've designed this so YOU can do it in quick, easy to manage chunks of time. I drop the content on a Monday and you can do a bit every day or do a few bits in one day. Skip a day if you want to as well! It's up to you!

I've not done pilates before, will I be able to do it?
Answer: That's another yes. My clients can all do it. I've designed it so it's totally fool-proof. No need to worry about that.

I don't have a big house, will I need a lot of space?
This answer is a no. You don't need a lot of room at all. Just space to lie down and move your arms about a bit! Simple!
